The MPL 48th National Women Chess Championship was held in Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur from 24th December to 5th January 2023. WGM Divya Deshmukh of Nagpur won her second championship. WGM Vantika Agarwal of Delhi finished second whereas WGM Mary Ann Gomes of PSPB finished third.
